Hello, I'm katy

Wedding Photographer

Hi, I’m a wedding and portrait photographer based in Georgia! I’m also a proud single mom of two, and photography has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. In February 2024, I took a leap of faith and turned that passion into a business, and it’s been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life.

I absolutely love documenting genuine connection and the little in-between memories that often become the most treasured. Whether it's a wedding day, an engagement session, or a growing family, I believe every season of life deserves to be remembered beautifully.

While I adore capturing love stories here in the South, I also have a big dream of photographing weddings around the world. There's something so special about combining meaningful stories with beautiful places, and I hope to one day document celebrations in incredible destinations while continuing to serve couples with the same heart and intention that started it all.

More than anything, I want the images I create to feel timeless, honest, and full of emotion. Photos that bring you right back to how it all felt.

My approach

My approach is all about connection and creating a relaxed, easygoing experience from beginning to end. I want you to feel comfortable, present, and fully yourself in front of the camera.

I gently guide when needed, but I’m really drawn to the in-between moments, the laughter, the quiet emotions, and the little things you didn’t even realize were happening. Nothing forced, nothing overly posed. Just honest, heartfelt moments that feel like you.

My kids are my biggest inspiration and the heart behind everything I do. Niko is full of energy with the goofiest sense of humor and the sweetest soul. He’s always running around, cracking jokes, or making everyone laugh with his silly faces. Brynlee is pure love and light she’s happiest when she’s snuggled up close or breaking into a spontaneous dance party.

They remind me every single day how quickly these seasons pass and how important it is to slow down and hold onto the little moments. That’s a big part of why photography means so much to me, it lets me preserve the kind of memories I never want to forget.
